What the bot is holding right now. The percentage is not a chart price — it is what the bot would actually receive if it sold the remaining tokens this second, against what it paid for them. The ladder beside each position shows where that mark sits between the stop and the take-profits.
Every position the bot has closed, and why it closed. R is profit as a fraction of what was risked, so +0.20 R means the trade returned a fifth of its own size. Arm is which exit ladder the bandit assigned to that trade.

Every transaction the bot wallet has broadcast — entries, trims, exits and holder payouts. Each row links to the transaction on Blockscout, so anything shown here can be checked against the chain.
Every token launched through Pons that the bot has seen, with the verdict and the exact reason. Each row carries the on-chain audit: what the largest wallet owns, how many holders there are, and how much supply was taken by wallets acting together in the same block. Bundled supply is the one to watch — twenty wallets holding 1% each, all funded in one block, is one person wearing a disguise.
Who flips and who holds. A wallet out inside five minutes is a flipper; whether that is a jeet or a sharp flipper depends on whether the launches they left went on to die or to run. A launch full of flippers is not refused — it is traded with a faster exit ladder.
Wallets that keep turning up early on launches that go somewhere. The bot watches what they hold as one signal among many — it does not copy them, and a token they bought still has to pass every check before it is touched.
What the bot has learned so far. Weights are what the entry model currently leans on — positive means the feature makes it more willing to buy. Arms are the four exit ladders it chooses between; the bandit shifts trades toward whichever is returning more.

Realized profit is split three ways: a share is distributed to holders as ETH, a share buys $PONSAGENT back on its own market, and the rest stays as trading capital. A wallet qualifies for the payout by staying above the minimum for the whole hold window and still holding when it fires — the balance is re-read on chain immediately before transfers go out.
